How do I find my income if I no longer have it?

There are two ways to find your income. One, reach out to your job and see if you can get it that way. Two, register with IRS through their portal IDme. Unfortunately, IDme does not have state information, so state taxes will not be able to be filed.

How do I pay? And other payment disclosures.

You will pay after the refund gets issued. You will pay from whatever refund (state or federal) comes first via Zelle, ApplePay, Cash App, Chime or Cash. Amendment fee of $125 will be paid upfront (in the event you forget something and I have to add it to the return). There will be a fee difference if the return amount is increased this doesn’t include the $125 amendment fee. Back taxes will need a 20% deposit down then the rest to be paid out of refund. In the event for nonpayment, services will be reversed. Lastly, over 4 wage documents will result in an extra $10 a page on top of fee.

What happens if I am owing on my current year taxes before submission and why is my fee different?

Here at Max Tax, I strive to get you from owing IRS. By doing this we take a look at all the tax breaks you are eligible for. Once I get you from owing two numbers will be sent and explained to you. First, number is the original number of the owed amount to IRS and the secondary will be the refund you will receive now that the tax breaks are added. Payment is different with owing because if the correct taxes were taken you would not owe in the first place, now that is money that we have missed out on. Example: if you owe 10k to its before the breaks and I get you out of owing and 3k back with the correct taxes taken you could have had 9k-13k back instead of 3k. Your fee is based of what you could have gotten back.
