Please read throughly and review before you submit. If you forget something and have to send via email or text (unless immediate response back) you will get pushed back until I am able to get to you again because I have since moved on. Please DO NOT ask if I got your information, submitted your refund or has your refund been accepted. All of this becomes overloading and results in delays for everyone.
